Email team@movemasterss.ca. Tell us your device, system and app version, workspace name and what happened. Hide customer and pay information in screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or bank credentials.
Create an account with your own email, confirm the verification code and join your company workspace using its invitation. Your account identifies you; your team membership determines your role. If the workspace does not appear, contact the owner or assistant who invited you.

Movers can record their own hours and payment contact and view their own pay. Assistants manage permitted operational records and view their own pay and commissions. Company accounting, recorded HST, expenses and other employees' pay are reserved for owners. Ask your owner about rates, commissions or payment status. Recording a payment does not transfer money.
Movers can open My Jobs to see only orders assigned to them by the owner or assistant. The limited view includes the client name, move date and time, route, truck and crew details, order status and a payment-confirmed indicator. It does not include customer contact details, notes, customer hourly rates or company financial amounts. Use Refresh data to load assignment changes.
In My Availability, staff choose their own days as available or unavailable. Owners and assistants use Movers Availability to view the team's calendar. An unmarked day means Not set. Availability does not assign anyone to a move or create payable hours; record actual work in My Hours.
Prepare a quote before confirming a booking. Verify the deposit before adding the move to Calendar. Owners and assistants can edit an existing booking's operational details. A quote or invoice email needs a recipient; a manually entered Calendar booking can have no email address. With no client email, the booking can still be saved and completed, and no confirmation or review email is sent.
In an enabled workspace, customer messages come from the company mailbox regardless of the staff member signed in. App quotes use the selected team and saved rate. Check delivery status and the company mailbox before retrying an uncertain send.
In a Calendar order, an owner can open its payment and Accounting form and enter the actual start and finish, unpaid break, number of movers, and the client hourly rate for the whole team. The app calculates the subtotal from billable hours × team hourly rate; it does not multiply that rate again by the number of movers. For an overnight move, use the next day's finish date. Check the suggested booking times before saving.
Enable Override subtotal manually when the agreed price differs from the calculation. Billing times, the team rate, subtotal and expenses can be edited later. An old lump-sum record keeps its saved amount until actual billing details are enabled; the app does not invent historical work times.
HST is shown separately from the subtotal before tax and client total. Selecting credit card or e-transfer enables HST by default; change Apply HST · 13% if needed for that order. Existing records keep their saved tax setting. HST is excluded from net earnings and from the assistant's commission. Commission is 10% of the positive amount remaining after truck and additional expenses are deducted from the pre-tax subtotal; crew wages do not reduce that commission basis.
Select the people who actually worked and verify each person's start, finish and unpaid break. Each employee's wage uses their own saved pay rate, separately from the client team rate. You can copy the move's times to selected crew and then adjust individual shifts. Completing the order approves the selected hours and calculates wages due; it does not send money. Record wages actually paid in Crew paid; Payroll accruals are not automatically deducted a second time from Accounting.
Select Client has paid and save, then confirm completion, or use the paid-order completion button. Successful completion records payment status, marks the order completed and approves the selected crew hours. A missing client email does not prevent completion. Saving accounting without confirming payment does not mark the order paid. Successful saving closes the form.
For a completed paid order, an owner can use Edit unpaid crew hours to correct who worked and their unpaid hours. Existing entries keep their historical wage rates; newly added crew need a saved current rate. The correction recalculates wages and adjusts the linked crew cost by the payroll difference, preserving any manual crew-cost adjustment. This correction is blocked if any of the order's crew entries is already marked paid. Changing these hours does not change the client's billing, send another email or change assignments. If the assistant commission is already marked paid, its subtotal, truck and additional-expense inputs are protected.
Invoice line items use Hours. An owner can edit an invoice or delete it after reviewing the affected amounts. Deleting a linked invoice also removes that order's Accounting, unpaid commission and review-delivery record from current app totals and future exports. The Calendar order remains and its paid marker clears; actual crew hours and wages remain. A paid commission, a currently sending invoice or review email, or multiple invoices linked to the same order can block deletion until the records are reconciled. Deleting an unlinked invoice does not remove unrelated Accounting. Sent emails and downloaded files cannot be recalled or changed by this action.
Use Refresh data to load shared changes. An internet connection is required for sign-in, shared updates and email delivery. Unsubmitted Calendar details can remain as a draft on the same device, account and workspace; a draft is not a confirmed booking.
Only an owner can delete an order and its linked financial and work records. Read the confirmation before deleting. A saved client contact may remain for future bookings, and the deleted quote's reference is not reused. Sent emails and exported copies cannot be recalled by deleting an order.
Open Account → Delete account, or choose the same option from the team chooser. Review the affected workspaces and retained records. Confirm every listed sole-member workspace separately; none is selected by default. Type DELETE, enter your current password and confirm the permanent deletion.
If you are the last owner of a shared workspace, transfer ownership first. If the result is uncertain, choose Check deletion status. Shared company history can remain as explained in the privacy policy. Contact support about information remaining in notes, exports or email copies.
