Move Masters is a shared company workspace for moving jobs, customer documents, work hours and pay records. This policy covers the iPhone and Mac app and its connected services.
We use information to authenticate accounts, control access, organize work, prepare and send customer documents, request customer reviews, calculate and review work pay, maintain business records, and provide support. The app records payments and pay status; it does not transfer money or automatically pay employees.
After a recorded paid move, the company can send a Google review invitation using the customer's name, email address and completed-order information. These invitations support the company's reputation and marketing. Payroll amounts and expenses are not used to target advertising.
Staff should enter only information they are authorized to use for their company's work.
Owners can access company accounting, recorded tax and costs, and staff payroll. Assistants can manage operational bookings, saved clients, quotes and mover assignments, and see team work hours and payment contacts. Assistants can see their own pay and commissions; they cannot see company accounting, tax amounts, expenses or other employees' pay.
Movers can see their own hours, pay, payment contact and availability. They can also see a limited view of jobs specifically assigned to them: client name, move date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses, truck and mover count, order status and whether the client payment is confirmed. This view excludes customer phone numbers and email addresses, notes, customer hourly rates, company financial amounts and other employees' pay.
Staff update only their own availability. Owners and assistants can view the team's availability for planning; they cannot change another person's availability. Registering an account does not grant access to another company's workspace.
Supabase provides authentication, shared storage and server functions. Account verification and recovery emails use corporate Google Workspace SMTP. Enabled customer emails are processed through Make and Gmail, including recipient and message content. Customer email copies and delivery records can remain in those services.
Email templates can load images from Tilda's content delivery service and link to Google review pages. Opening remote images or following links contacts those services. Providers may process information outside your country. A database hosted in Canada does not mean all connected providers process all information in Canada.
Provider notices: Supabase, Make, and Google.
The production app uses Keychain for its sign-in session. Settings, the selected team, and some per-account workspace records and pending changes may be stored locally. Unsubmitted Calendar forms can be kept as drafts on the device, scoped to the signed-in account and workspace. A local draft is not a confirmed shared booking. Signing out clears the session and visible workspace; it does not erase shared business records. Scoped device drafts and exported files can remain until they are removed separately.
The app does not request device GPS, Contacts, camera, microphone or photo-library access. Address and contact fields are entered manually. Owners can export backups and are responsible for protecting copies they export or share.
Account information is retained while an account is active. In-app account deletion removes authentication access, membership, the profile and structured payment contacts. Shared company work, pay and order history can remain with archived member identifiers. Notes, older manual records, email copies and exports may still contain identifying information.
Shared business history has no general automatic expiry. It is retained until the workspace owner removes the relevant records, requests their removal, or deletes the workspace, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleting an order removes its linked records from app calculations and removes its staff assignments. A saved client contact can remain for repeat bookings, and an allocated quote reference is not reused. Deletion cannot recall emails already sent or remove separately exported copies.
An owner can delete an invoice and its linked order accounting after confirming the affected records. The Calendar order and actual crew hours and wages remain. Already-paid commission and an email still being sent can prevent deletion until the related record is reconciled. Deleting an invoice cannot recall a sent email or change a separately downloaded file.
Current availability and mover assignments are removed when the related membership is removed. Removing an assignment ends that mover's access to the assigned-job view after shared data is refreshed; it does not erase a separately retained company work or pay record.
To delete an account, open Account → Delete account, review the affected workspaces and retained records, enter the current password, and confirm. The option is also available from the team chooser. A last owner of a shared team must first transfer ownership. Each sole-member workspace requires a separate confirmation before it and its records are deleted.
After confirmed account deletion, the app attempts to remove that account's matching local cache and session. A short-lived receipt supports checking deletion status. Copies on other devices, exports, email messages, and provider logs and backups are not universally erased by account deletion. Support communications may remain in the company mailbox. Provider records follow the relevant provider's lifecycle.
For access, correction, deletion or questions about remaining identifiable records, email team@movemasterss.ca. Include your account email and workspace name. We may need to verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing company information. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
The native app has no advertising or behavioral analytics SDK and does not use cross-app advertising tracking. Connected services may keep operational and security records. We will update this notice when the service's data practices change.
